Class Information
Join a class live in studio or via Zoom. No reservations required for weekly classes (only for Special Events). Props and mats are available or you can bring your own. New to the space? Arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver and get settled in.
$20 per class or purchase a 5 class card for sliding fee: $85 - $100 or 10 class card for $170 - $200.
